How should we do (in PHP?)

Make the full use of rawurlencode + ereg_replace ('%','%25', $blah).

Especially, for mobile marketing, this TIPs would be useful.

http://subversion.tigris.org/ をeclipseで使うプラグイン。eclipseの更新マネージャーに、http://subclipse.tigris.org/update で登録すると使えるようになる。

こんなのあったの知らなかった ... 不覚。

徐々に、OSS開発で CVS のかわりに SVNを使うのが増えてきたので、必須かも知れない :-)
勿論、本家の http://subclipse.tigris.org/ や Tortoise SVN をクライアントとして使ってもOK

因みに、これを使って Apache Software Foundation のプロジェクトのファイルを取ってくる場合：
URLは、http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf 。まだJakartaのものは移行していないが、結構多くのプロジェクトが既にSVNに移行中。ま、Subversion 自体 ASF の連中が作ったやつなので当然言えば当然か .... (^_^)
