Are these implemented by Apache FOP?
I am now seeking the way to deal with "Japanese hyphenation" (kinsoku shori: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%A6%81%E5%89%87) and "Punctuation" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punctuation) .... hack, hack.

I've stopped development (coding) on FOP in June, I'm now concentrating on trying to get better using FOP more (I'm on FOP-USER ML exclusively.)
But do ask your questions on the FOP-USER list; it would be great to have you listen in. (Tabun nan nin ka no FOP-USER list no menbaa wa, Tetsuya-san no shitsumon o Nihongo ni kotaemasu. ;-)
BTW: This is old: http://jpfop.sourceforge.net/; but I think we have already incorporated it within FOP--I believe some are already using FOP with Japanese text.
