For emaple, when you want to revceive e-mail from website, you will write in this form:

However those living in "double-byte" chars countries, Often we think that we want to insert the '%' itself -- for example:
"Subject: Recommendation
Body: I would like to share this page with you: http://talents.jp/idol/%A5%B8%A5%E3%A5%CB%A1%BC%A5%BA/" -- with '%' not to be decoded automatically.
How should we do (in PHP?)
-- Really simple.
Make the full use of rawurlencode + ereg_replace ('%','%25', $blah).
Especially, for mobile marketing, this TIPs would be useful.
