Most of the world's population exists in Asia. History has been dominated by the West but a new day is dawning in Asia.
Asia’s economy is growing steadily as a result of the West’s high level of consumerism. Economical development in Japan was boomed as a result of significant advancements in science and technology, the high quality of life we are experiencing is as a result of developments in science and technology. However, what we have lost as compensation for the benefits is abundant. Examples being the decline in the environment, damaged ecosystems, social issues etc.
"Theses mistakes can only be cured through science and morality."
The above sentence has become our mission, we desire to support and develop Asia’s talented (The Gifted) students. Those with an eager and healthy aptitude who excel in science and technology we wish to support, that their breakthroughs in science and technology may mean an improvement in life for all humanity. By recognizing these students and granting them the opportunity to be further educated we feel we can best serve the world in which we live. Clearly this will be greatly useful for the promotion of science not only in Asia but also the world. It is also believed that enlightening activities and moral instructions will deepen recognition of science and its worth, this creating the opportunity for so much good to occur throughout Asia and the world. Up to now, the foundation of mathematics and promotion of practical science association Wing that Dr. HIRONAKA, HEISUKE (chief director) heads up has established a non-profit corporation mathematical principle “!
(BSuuri no Tsubasa - Summer Seminar of Mathematical Science, Wings of Science" in Japan and has achieved the target every year with the frequency coming to exceed 30 times (It means 30 years).
The total participants also exceeding 2,000 people, they are now taking an active part in various fields of science in Japan and abroad.
We therefore will try to expand into Asia, to make "Suuri no Tsubasa - Summer Seminar of Mathematical Science, Wings of Science" take root throughout Asia and found “Wing of Asia’s gifted children” (a fund for the next generation’s leaders who are talented and may become champions of discovery) with non-profit-corporations contributing to the development of "New science" that will reform “Mistakes that the science inflicted", and thereby contributing to society.
The purpose of the activity is to promote children, pupils and students who are interested in science, those that will bear the next generation. In relation to this proposal and the enlightening activities concerning science are done widely including many unspecified citizens and groups, this contributes to the improvement of public interest such as Social Education, Child health promotion and Moral instruction etc. This is a key objective in executing "Suuri no Tsubasa - Summer Seminar of Mathematical Science, Wings of Science" making leaders not only in Japan but in many other countries bringing continual long term benefits.

iFEST exists to cultivate the next generation of world-class knowledge entrepreneurs, cooperating across international borders to expand economic opportunities and to find solutions to global challenges. iFEST is a recently established non-profit institution based in the US, recognized under Internal Revenue code 501(c)3.: iFEST - International Foundation for Entrepreneur - Science and Technology
Vision
We live in a time when the world has become subject to rapidly increasing globalization and technological change. Yet within most US schools, universities, public policy and other institutions, connections to international economic and technological communities are lacking or absent. Existing connections do not provide enough transnational opportunities for young people to gain the knowledge, skills, contacts, and entrepreneurial learning experiences needed to navigate their careers, and in the process build the next generation of innovation and growth for their communities and their nations. In the American case, foreign language skills and practical knowledge of the larger world outside the US has declined dramatically at the grass roots. This lack of understanding and eroding common ground between the US and other nations has already had enormous consequences. Needed is an organization that can rally all the public and private stakeholder behind the goal of creating new opportunities for career relevant collaboration and mentoring for young people, and thereby broaden the base of support for free enterprise and international cooperation around the world. iFEST is that organization.
iFEST is unique. No other public or private institution exists that focuses on working in an integrated transnational manner with partners in business, academia, philanthropy, and government toward nurturing the innovative start-up development capacity of the rising generation of young people, in preparation for global economic realities.
Execution
iFEST will stimulate a more robust transnational innovation and entrepreneurship community through a number of programs that include:
Cultivating the next generation of global science and engineering entrepreneurs via International Innovation Camps bringing students and mentors together from around the world for cooperative hands-on technical learning in the laboratory and field, integrated with entrepreneurial coursework and enterprise development;
Organizing a global community of angel investors, mentors, and students through an International Angel and Mentor Network (iAMNet), to learn from each other and co-invest in student projects from the Innovation Camps and other programs;
Promoting transnational management training and entrepreneurial talent development through iFEST Residential Workshops and Fellowship Programs in an overseas industrial setting;
Increasing international dialogue through high level policymaker exchanges, via the iFEST Legislators’ Innovation Policy Exchange Program (LIPEP) for members of Congress and staff to meet with their foreign peers in overseas study retreats to jointly explore the policy prerequisites for innovation and free enterprise; and
Assessing new needs and priorities through surveys, and analytical research relevant to public policy-making and private sector investment decisions.

Japan is positively grappling with the problems that Africa is currently facing, under the aspect "There will be neither world stability nor prosperity in the 21st century without the solution of the Africa’s problems". With aid money and goods from ODA (official development assistance) etc. stopped by corrupt government officials or guerrillas, therefore those that really should receive assistance are going without, sadly this is a well known fact.
Africa is still a distant land for us, a land where people's lives and cultures are not familiar to us.
Messages from donors are translated into three languages (English, French, and the Arabic) for those in refugee camps in Africa. Our goal is to supply a supplement suitable for even Muslims that can be transported by aircraft and delivered accurately. When considering Africa’s geographic situation 3 criteria need to be satisfied for an effective supplement, first goods must be easily transportable, second they must be convenient and third they must not require water.
We use "AGEL, INC." Products in order to effectively meet the above requirements.

Wing: 4) "Open source initiative"
Open source means that the source code corresponding to the software's blueprint is made freely available to the public at no charge through the internet etc, this allows for the opportunity to make improvements and freely redistribute the software.
As this software can be used to create similar products and to develop technology if a source code existed, this source code is kept strictly confidential by the developing enterprise. License fees are often charged when distributed to other companies. (Proprietary)
Presently, we who exist in the highly-networked information society are shifting from propriety (a state where only a certain group is owns software and manages it) to open source (the source code made available and patch/correction is prepared if necessary). The bulk of open source is European and American and open source from Asia including Japan being the minority. When Japanese firms and enterprises in Asia support and sponsor（invest) in groups in Europe and America tax benefits cannot be received.
Our main purpose allows Asian open source to take further root all over the world, sponsoring support to groups other than Japanese is also facilitated. We desire to contribute to the development of all open source.

Charity,financial group,NPO and NGO, etc. of Japan, Europe and the United States and others are influenced by economic depression of late and the fund raising section is facing a very severe phase. Now,We do the fund raising support by new method and strategy in the face of reality.
- Promotion and management support
We promote the capital to NPO,and in order to achieve a high result of the promoted program, introduces the consultant who acts with partner NPO (promoted side.)
- Project building support
As a report secretariat, we offer the support of a necessary function
to "Joint project" etc. in which two or more NPO that did the purpose
similarly cooperated.
- Support of announcing to public
We also support it in PR activity so that NPO may acquire further
resources on business.Moreover,joint press release and "Material of
press release" are produced in a constant defrayal if necessary.
- Business advice
Encourage the participation of our business,and we support it to
promote not only the charity and support but member's purchasing
activity, (Co-Op).
