Are these implemented by Apache FOP?
I am now seeking the way to deal with "Japanese hyphenation" (kinsoku shori: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%A6%81%E5%89%87) and "Punctuation" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punctuation) .... hack, hack.
